       1. 基于纳米生物传感技术的食品安全快速检测理论及方法研究。

       2. 食品安全危害因子防控技术研究。


主要成果

       发表学术论文30篇,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)发表SCI收录论文12篇,EI论文1篇,中文核心论文2篇,以第二完成人授权国家发明专利4项。
